How to use:
- Use your fingers to distribute the “magic crystals” somewhat evenly inside the two pockets.
- Soak your Eye Mask in cool or cold water for about 30 minutes, or until the crystals expand into a gel to fill both pockets of the eye mask. Squeeze out excess water. Can be placed in the refrigerator for maximum cooling.
- Works through a natural evaporative cooling process. Re-soak as needed, good for thousands of uses! Place gel-filled eye mask over your eyes with elastic band around your head to hold in place. Lay back and immediately feel relief from stress, tension, sinus pain, migraine headaches, and see how marvelous it works on puffy eyes!
- The eye mask can also be used as a heating pad, just place in the microwave for 20-30 seconds after soaking in lukewarm water for about 30 minutes.

This is a one size fits all variety as the band is elastic. Eye mask measures 10 1/2 inches long by about 4 inches wide at widest point. It is divided evenly with two pockets for even distribution of crystal gel beads. Elastic measures about 10 1/2 inches.
These eye masks offer portability for traveling and can be safely used when falling asleep.
Eye Masks come in a clear cellophane bag with usage instructions. Eye masks are not scented for those sensitive to fragrance, but favorite essential oils can be added to the outside of the mask by the consumer if desired.
